Guiding Hudson River Communities to Waterfront Resilience
Hudson River Watershed, NY 

Conducting robust site reconnaissance, analysis, and stakeholder engagement for developing a living handbook to assist communities in making capital investments to promote flood resilient land use. As a part of community outreach, I am working with communication team to create a network of Hudson River user groups, riverfront property owners, environmental organizations, and other stakeholders to grow local capacity to co-develop and execute resilience solutions across the site. 
As a resiliency planner and GIS specialist on the project, I am evaluating existing flood models and climate scenarios to develop recommendations and guidance for decision making, and facilitate the use and adoption of a handbook outlining strategies to reduce flood vulnerabilities across Hudson River communities.
